If you are wanting a generic image embroidered like the viral "MAMA" design or something similar, please reach out to us to discuss your design before purchasing! In cases like this, you will not have to pay for digitizing your design.
You must add this listing to your cart for each item you have that needs to be embroidered. For example : If you have 5 items that need to be embroidered left chest & you need us to digitize your logo for you, you must add 1 "I need my logo digitized for embroidery" "Left chest embroidery" and 4 "Tree House Customs has my design on file" "Left chest embroidery" items to your cart.
If you have a logo that needs to be digitized, the fee you pay on the location you choose includes stitching your logo as well.
If you need your logo digitized, we will keep your file in our files for future projects. The digitizing fee is a one time fee, and you never have to pay to have it digitized by us again UNLESS you need it resized. This fee is for the time it takes us to transform/design your logo into a stitchable file. This file will be kept in our records and is available to you at anytime for future use.
