We are located on the coast in Southport, NC! We serve all of our surrounding counties, and and offer shipping to anywhere in the United States.

Do you offer discounts on large orders?

If you are a small business looking to have logo merch or uniforms made, or a school or organization looking to place a big order for fundraising, yes!

We will also work with you to create sponsor shirts to raise money for sports and other various events. Feel free to shoot us an email if you are interested in that!

Do you require minimums?

Absolutely not! We sympathize and realize that not all companies/organizations have 20+ employees. We do not force minimums on any orders. Order 1, or order 500. Either way we are happy to accommodate you!

What are your preferred shirts for embroidery?

I personally love embroidery on our comfort color tees! They're nice and thick and hold embroidery really well. I also prefer embroidery on both of the Gildan & Comfort Color Hoodies/Crewneck styles.

Things to know about Direct To Film Transfers

DTF is the process in which designs are printed directly onto a film. The design is able to be applied to almost any substrate/material and can go on any color item.

What is a Gang Sheet?

A gang sheet is a printing term used in the production of newspapers, magazines, and other printed materials. It refers to a large sheet of paper or film that contains multiple images or pages of a publication arranged in a specific layout.

Can you create Gang Sheets for me?

Unfortunately no. You are responsible for creating your own Gang sheet for printing. Your artwork must be print ready when you submit your order. We will not make any edits including resizing or color changes. We will print your files exactly as you send them. You will receive these transfers on a roll, not individually cut. You are responsible for cutting your own images.

How do I create my own Gang sheet?

If you are not tech savy, or are a beginner ready to jump in head first, we recommend using www.Canva.com to create your own gang sheet. First, decide on a size from our dropdown menu here. For example, if you want to purchase a 22"x60" sheet, you'll head over to Canva.com and create an account. From there, click "Create a Design" usually located in the top right corner. On that drop down menu, click "Custom Size". From there you'll input the dimensions needed. For our example, you'll type in "22" in the Width box and "60" in the Height box. Make sure you choose inches in the drop down menu before selecting "Create new design". Now you'll upload your images o the left side of the screen. When uploading images, make sure your images have a transparent background before uploading. If your image has a white square as the background, it is not transparent. If you upload an image that is not transparent, it WILL print with a white background. Tree House Customs in not responsible for making sure your files are transparent. After you've uploaded your desired images for printing, you can start creating your gang sheet by dragging and dropping your images onto the canvas. Now, you need to size each image. You can do this by clicking any corner of the image and dragging it. The dimensions of the image will pop up beside the image as you drag it. Please note that the size of the image on your screen is exactly how big it will be once printed. So make sure to measure your garments and estimate what the best fit will be. You can fill this sheet with as many or as little images as possible. However we recommend filling it as much as possible with images without overlapping or edges touching. Make sure you leave enough space between images to allow yourself cutting room. Remember, each size is one flat fee no matter how many images are included on the sheet. So the more you can fit, the better! Once you have your sheet filled up and ready, click share at the top right corner, and select download from the dropdown menu. Under file type, make sure "PNG" is selected. There will be a sliding bar that determines the size of the file. Make sure that you side that bar all the way to the right. You want your file to download as big as possible. And finally, make sure the box that reads "Transparent Background" is selected. Then hit download. From there, you'll head back over to our website and upload your file. Add it to your cart, and check out! Easy as that.

You can also use programs such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create custom gang sheets.

Things to know about Embroidery

All of our embroidered items are handmade in house, using multiple multi-needle machines to ensure a beautiful product with a quick turn around time. If you are interested in getting something made that is not listed, please email us. We are happy to accommodate custom request!

I want my logo embroidered on an item, where do I start?

First, decided what you want your logo on. A shirt? A hat? A hoodie or Crewneck?

Next, decide where you want your logo placed. On shirts, most people prefer the left chest. But the possibilities are endless. 

Then you'll need to pay to have it digitized. We charge a one time fee, and keep your file in our records for future use. The only time you'll have to pay to have the same file digitized again is if we have to resize it drastically for a new product.

Send us your logo and we'll work on turning it into a stitchable file for you. Once your logo has turned into a stitchable file, we can discuss further pricing and garment options.

I want my Monogram on an item, how do I go about doing that?

Traditional monogram formats are as mentioned. First name initial, Last name initial, Middle Name initial. For Example, If your name is Jessie Lane Mack, your monogram will read JML. When your initials are provided to us, we automatically assume that they are already in monogram format. We will not switch the order of which the letters are given. If you leave your full name in the note section, we will put your initials in traditional monogram format for you.

My item came in damaged or with a wrong monogram, what should I do?

We are human, not robots. We occasionally make mistakes. If your item came in damaged or with the wrong monogram, please take a photo and send us an email at info.treehousecustoms@gmail.com. Please note, all damage claims must be submitted within 5 days of receipt (based local pickup date or on tracking number delivery).

Things to know about Engraved Patches

What is the best file for engraved leather patches?

All of our patches are laser engraved and cut using a Glowforge Pro laser to achieve the best quality for your project. Not all artwork will be able to be laser engraved. For best results, logos should be black and white- preferably a black logo on a white background. Imagine it looking like a page from a coloring book. That's the look that will achieve the best results! We will send you a proof upon request only. Send your image or logo in .JPG, .PNG, or .SVG format to our email before placing an order to verify that your image can be laser engraved. If you can not supply a black and white version of your image, we may be able to create one for you for an additional fee.

Unfortunately we're unable to list all of the items available for printing here on our website because everything we print is created custom just for you!
